We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or the Service.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MATCHES OR INTRODUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEARTSYNC AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HeartSync is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
